On February 10th, Job’s Daughters attended a Valentines Dance hosted by the Job’s Daughters. Dances are always a lot of fun and a great way for the girls to not only dance the night away but to meet all the other Jobies from all over the state. On the 17th of February, DeMolay and Job’s Daughters planned a joint snow tubing social. In order to pay for the bus ride to Blue Mountain and help off-set the cost for the Daughters, we had a pancake breakfast with Santa fundraiser which was not only successful, but also a lot of fun! At 7:00 pm on March 10th, one of the most anticipated events for Job’s Daughters of Delaware, our annual Miss Job’s Daughter of Delaware Scholarship Pageant, took place. This is the night when many Job’s Daughters take part in friendly competition to be honored with the titles of Miss Job’s Daughters, Miss Congeniality, and Miss Junior Jobie. They will be traveling the state in their capes and crowns closely trailed by the DeMolay boys.
